If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will send you a return label and you may return your purchased item to us for a full refund.

We do not accept any returns 30 days after your order was delivered. We do not accept opened and used product.
If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly.
To cancel an order, please email greenpawwellness@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund you. If your order has shipped, we will refund you as soon as we received the item(s) back from you.
