All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
For U.S. orders, we offer free standard USPS shipping on orders of $45 or more, before taxes. Orders under $45 ship with standard USPS service for a flat rate of $6.99.
UPS Ground is available for $9.95. Both carriers get your order there, but UPS tends to run a little more predictably, so if you’ve had trouble with delivery to your address before, it’s the one to pick. An optional expedited shipping service via USPS Priority Mail is also available at checkout.
All subscription orders ship free by standard USPS, with no minimum.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and begin once your order leaves our facility, not when you place it. These are estimates, not guarantees; once a package is with the carrier, weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can all move the date.
