How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose "Subscribe & Save" on a product page, you're setting up a recurring order that ships automatically at the frequency you pick (for example, every month). You save 15% off the regular price on every recurring order, for as long as your subscription is active.
Billing
Your first order is charged when you place it. Each order after that is charged automatically to your saved payment method, right before it ships. The 15% discount applies to every recurring order. If the price of your subscription ever changes, we'll email you before your next order so you're never surprised.
Managing your subscription
You're in full control. From your account you can:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription and restart whenever you're ready
- Change how often it ships (for example, switch from every month to every 2 months)
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Cancel anytime
To manage anything, log in to your account at greenpawwellness.com and open Subscriptions. You'll also find a "Manage subscription" link in every subscription email we send you.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime — no fees, no phone calls. Just log in and cancel, or email us at info@greenpawwellness.com and we'll take care of it for you. To stop a specific upcoming order, just skip or cancel it from your account before its scheduled billing date (we recommend a day or two ahead to be safe). Once an order has been charged, it's on its way — but it's covered by our Refund Policy.
If a payment doesn't go through
We'll automatically try again and email you so you can update your details. If we still can't process payment after a few tries, we may pause or cancel the subscription.
